Overview: How do I View Rosters for an Event?
Want to view attendees for an event and their information completed during registration? This article will walk you through how to navigate to the reports and queries section of CircuiTree and how to search for the specific report and Query needed to view this information.

Short Roster includes: (mainly camper name and emails)
- Registration ID
- Camper First and Last Names
- Event Division
- Order Date
- Charges (Event Cost)
- Amount Paid
- Discount (amount of Discount, if any)
- Admin Email
Long Roster includes: (all information collected during registration)
- Registration ID
- Camper First and Last Names
- Event Division
- Order Date
- Charges (Event Cost)
- Amount Paid
- Discount (amount of Discount, if any)
- Admin Email
- Additional Fields if collected such as Gender, Date of Birth, School Name, Grade, etc.
How to: Pull a Short or Long Roster
1. Click the Search bar, select Query - Short Roster OR Query - Long Roster (both are starred and saved as a favorite)
2. Enter criteria
- Event Year (required) - check box of year desired
- Event (if left blank will pull ALL events for the year selected, may select multiple)
- Event Begin Date (may leave blank - event dates are related to events)

Registration Status (if left blank will pull ALL Status types)
- Active - Paid registrations
- Pending - Unfinished and unpaid registrations
- Waiting List - Waitlisted registrations (capacity has been reached)
- Pending Waiting List - Unfinished Waitlisted registration (capacity has been reached)
- Cancelled - Cancelled registrations
3. Click Find. Results will appear below.
3. Scroll right to see additional columns if needed using the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom.
How to: Download the Short or Long Roster
1. To Download the Short or Long Roster, click Actions, then select Export to Excel
Note: The excel file is a download of ALL data fields, there may be blank columns so feel free to manipulate the data to suit your needs.
